Your website has been migrated and now you are encountering a small problem. These are the answers to the most common questions after a migration:
- My email password is no longer working
We reset the password of your email address in order to migrate your email. Read here how you can reset your own password.
- Can I access my email temporarily?
All our web hosting packages have access to webmail, where you can also view your email. Go to webmail.yourdomainname.nl and log in with the email account details you received from us.
- My website is not working properly yet
Log in to the backend of your website (for example WordPress Dashboard) and clear the cache of your website using the caching plugin you use. This generally solves most problems. Still having problems? Then contact us and we will look into it immediately!
