Sometimes you may want to change the contact information for your domain name. You can easily do this yourself through the My Cloud86 customer environment. This will also update the contact information with the domain registrar.
Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Log in to My Cloud86
Start by logging in to My Cloud86. Use the login details you created during your registration. If you've lost your login details, choose "Forgot Password". New login details will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Step 2: Go to "My Domains"
Click on "Domain Names" in the left-hand menu, then click on "My Domains". You'll see an overview of all your domains.
Step 3: Choose the domain you want to change the contact information for
Click on the three dots behind the domain you want to change the contact information for, and choose "Edit name and address details".
Step 4: Update the contact information
Here you'll see an overview of the Owner Contact, Admin Contact, and Tech Contact details for the domain. You can update these here, and when you're done, choose "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
You can also choose to use the existing contact details, which will take the information from your profile in My Cloud86.
